Nicole Vincent - Senior Project Manager
With over 15 years of experience and a project portfolio exceeding $1 billion, Nicole has successfully led high-profile projects such as the YVR CORE Program, Tsawwassen Mills Mall, BCIT Canada Way Infrastructure Upgrade, and education projects with SD35 Langley, SD38 Richmond, SD47 Powell River, SD34 Abbotsford, and SD68 Nanimo-Ladysmith. Her broad industry experience spans roles as a General Contractor, Design Manager, Construction Manager, and Owner’s representative Project Manager.
Nicole’s hands-on site experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges in construction, while her leadership of multidisciplinary design teams, highlights her exceptional coordination and communication skills.
Nicole excels in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and schedule targets. Her strong background in accounting, reinforced by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Grant MacEwan University, allows her to expertly handle financial reporting, risk management, and project execution.

Denise Stapleton - Senior Project Manager
Denise is an accomplished interior designer with a diploma in Interior Design and a deep understanding of commercial construction. She began her career with MCM Interiors and later worked with Ivanhoe Cambridge, managing tenant design and construction for retail and food/beverage sectors. Her responsibilities included consultant drawing review, budget management, base-building construction coordination, contract administration, and acting as a liaison for authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
With extensive commercial construction knowledge, Denise founded her own design consulting business and went on to serve as the lead designer and project manager at Humphries Construction Group. In this role, she led an in-house design team through all project phases, managed client relationships, and conducted project feasibility assessments to support business development.
Denise’s skills span project management, commercial TI design and permitting, budgeting, client presentations, strategic project planning, and social media marketing. Her notable projects include Tsawwassen Mills Mall, CrossIron Mills food court redevelopment, Guildford Town Centre expansion, Centre for Digital Media, Canada West Veterinary, and Bow & Stern Restaurant.

Teagan is a seasoned Project Accountant with nearly two decades of experience in financial management, project coordination, and administrative leadership within the construction industry. She has a strong background in handling tenders, RFQs, subcontracts, and change orders, ensuring seamless financial operations across multiple projects within the companies she's worked at. Teagan plays a key role in supporting Project Managers and the Management team by providing accurate financial reporting, project cost tracking, and budget management to keep projects on schedule and within budget. She is highly skilled in streamlining processes, managing competing priorities, and leading large teams. Her technical proficiency spans accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Premier, as well as construction-specific tools like ProCore. Highly organized and detail-focused, Teagan is a vital asset in maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency at Creo.

Brennan Clark - Site Superintendent
With over 12 years of experience in construction, including a background in finishing carpentry for high-end residential projects, Brennan brings invaluable expertise in quality control. Having served as Superintendent on projects totaling over 50 million dollars, he has demonstrated proficiency in managing complex user group and trade coordination requirements within active buildings, particularly in institutional settings.
Notable clients include Vancouver Coastal Health, RésoSanté Colombie-Britannique, School District 38 Richmond, School District 35 Langley, School District 34 Abbotsford, and School District 41 Burnaby.

Greg MacEwen - Site Superintendent
Greg is a highly experienced construction professional with 28 years in the commercial sector, specializing in base builds, tenant improvements, seismic upgrades, and tilt-ups. As a Certified Red Seal Joiner with a Civil Engineering diploma and ITA carpentry journeyman equivalency, he brings both technical expertise and hands-on leadership to every project. Greg has managed crews of up to 50 workers and successfully delivered high-profile projects, including LEED-certified buildings, heritage restorations, hospitals, and financial institutions. Notably, he served as Project Superintendent on the award-winning Kaslo Hub project in Vancouver, earning both Silver and Gold VRCA awards in 2021. His strong project management skills, ability to anticipate challenges, and commitment to safety and quality make him an invaluable asset to any construction team.
