Richard Bulpitt Elementary - Six Classroom Modular Addition - Langley, BC

This first-of-its-kind modular addition was built to LEED Gold standard and features durable structures with a 30+ year life cycle. The finished product includes six 80m² classrooms, three offices, all-inclusive washrooms on both floors, a Garaventa lift, DDC controls, a PA system, janitorial room, custom millwork throughout, RCABC roofing warranty, bottle fill stations, and a covered breezeway.

Showcasing the advantages of modular construction, this project was tendered in November 2023, designed, built and occupied for September 2024.

Shoreline Room

The Shoreline Room project is a specialized clinical space addition to St. Paul’s Hospital, designed for Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH). The project involves a 24’ x 20’ single room addition with one washroom on an elevated structural steel platform constructed out of 3 shipping containers. The addition will include a covered 10’ x 14’ raised platform with glass enclosed stairs to grade and a lift, as well as, a platform to be connected to the existing SPH building. The concrete foundation is constructed on top of 6 piles. The project adopted a prefabricated construction approach to meet strict timelines and budget constraints, offering the most efficient and cost-effective solution for VCH’s needs.
